Kinmela is the controller of the personal data described here.

What we collect

• Order data — your name, delivery and billing address, email and phone number.
• Account data — your email and a hashed password, if you create an account.
• Technical data — the pages you view on this site, to keep it working and improve it.

We do not store card numbers. Payments are handled by our payment provider on their own systems.

Why we use it

To take and deliver your order, to answer your questions, to meet our legal and tax obligations, and — only if you have asked for it — to send you marketing.

Who we share it with

Only the parties needed to fulfil your order: our delivery partners, our payment provider, and our email provider. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to support@example.com and we will respond within one month.
