What to expect, and what to do if something is not right.
Delivery
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. The delivery charge for your address is shown in the basket before you pay, so there is never a figure at checkout you have not already seen.
- Inside Dhaka — 1–2 working days.
- Elsewhere in Bangladesh — 3–5 working days.
- Cash on Delivery — you pay the rider when the parcel reaches you.
- Tracking — sent as soon as the courier collects the parcel.
Returns and exchanges
You have thirty days from delivery to return or exchange an item. It must be unused and in its original packaging, and we ask that you contact us before sending anything back so we can give you a return reference.
Once it reaches us we inspect it and refund you the way you paid. Faulty or incorrectly sent items are refunded in full, including the return courier fee.
Items we cannot accept
- Personalised or made-to-order pieces.
- Anything used, washed or altered.
- Opened skincare, makeup or fragrance, for hygiene reasons.
- Items returned without their original packaging.
