Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send you an order confirmation. If an item turns out to be unavailable or mispriced we may decline the order and refund you in full.

Prices are shown inclusive of applicable tax unless stated otherwise. Delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout before you pay.

4. Delivery

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

5. Returns and cancellation

Your statutory rights are unaffected by anything in these terms. Our returns process is set out on the Shipping & returns page.

6. Our liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
